VIDRAFT (Aether PharmaOS) structure-only heterogeneous ensemble: gradient-boosted trees blended with TabPFN over molecular fingerprints, physicochemical descriptors, and pretrained molecular-language-model embeddings (MoLFormer-XL + ChemBERTa, 5-seed averaged). Trained on the official HIA train split; hidden test scored blindly by Polaris. No phenomics / cell-painting / assay data.
